Term & Conditions

1. All redemption of vouchers are applicable till end January 2023 except for Frozt Popsicles and Annabella Patisserie Macarons which will have to be redeemed by 16 Dec 2022.

2. The redemption is valid to use at all Cross Street Exchange participating outlets.

3. No minimum spend required. Value of this voucher is denominated in Singapore currency.

4. This voucher is valid only if duly stamped with an authorized stamp. Vouchers are also not-stackable and are limited to one voucher per transaction only.

5. This voucher may be used for purchases of an equivalent or lower value at participating outlets, unless otherwise stated.

6. This voucher may be used for purchases of a high value, on payment of the difference.

7. This voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or in the Management’s opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered with.

8. This voucher, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced with voucher(s) or higher, equal or lower denomination. The Management is not obliged to provide any refund of the paper voucher(s).

9. No refund shall be given if the value of this voucher presented to a participating outlet exceeds the amount payable.

10. The Management and participating outlets may not accept any voucher which, in their respective opinions, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered with.

11. This voucher shall not be used for or in connection with (a) any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity, or (b) save with the prior approval of the Management, any business or commercial purpose or activity.

12. The Management shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense or liability of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by any person (a) in using or attempting to use any voucher, (b) in relation to any goods and/or services provided or to be provided by a participating outlet, or (c) in connection with any act or omission by a participating outlet.

13. The Management reserves the right to amend the privileges or terms and conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
